Wellnest Tech Solutions LLC Connect ("the Service") lets Wellnest Tech Solutions LLC publish content to, and read analytics from, Instagram professional accounts that Wellnest Tech Solutions LLC owns or is expressly authorised to manage. This policy explains what data the Service processes and why.
Data is used solely to operate the Service: to publish content the operator schedules, and to display performance metrics for the connected accounts. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or build profiles of individuals.
The Service sets a single cookie, used only to keep the operator signed in to the management interface. It is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, expires after 12 hours, and contains no information about connected Instagram accounts. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Account records and tokens are retained for as long as the account remains connected. Removing a connection deletes the stored token. Analytics are read on demand from the Instagram API and are not archived.
An account holder can revoke the Service's access at any time from Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. Revocation immediately invalidates the token.
Where the GDPR applies, an account holder may also request access to the data held about the account, its correction, its erasure, a copy in a portable format, or restriction of or objection to its processing. Write to huspupuj1@outlook.com and the request will be handled within 30 days.
To request deletion of all data associated with an Instagram account, contact huspupuj1@outlook.com. Requests are actioned within 30 days and confirmed in writing.
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page and the date above is updated. Material changes affecting connected accounts are communicated to the account holder directly.
